Sessions

Session 1: Heart Diseases
Heart Disease is also known as cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease or ischemic heart disease. It is a condition that happens when the heart muscle is weakened. In this condition, the primary heart muscle, is extended and widened. This condition results into heart disease. The weakened heart muscle suppresses heart's capacity to pump blood and can prompt heart disappointment.

Session 2: Ischemic Heart Disease
Ischemic Heart Disease is a condition that affects the supply of blood to the heart. The veins are limited or hindered because of the presence of cholesterol on their walls. This reduces the supply of oxygen and supplements to the heart muscles, which is important for appropriate working of the heart. Sometimes this condition results into heart attack.

Session 3: Regeneration of Heart
Cardiac regeneration mainly aims on repairing of heart tissues with the help of stem cell technology. Many tools have been manufactured to repair and restore the damaged tissues of the heart. Various heart therapeutics has been discovered to make healthy heart. The researchers are focussing on Regeneration of Heart to develop new therapies to cure various heart diseases.

Session 4: Hypertensive Heart Disease
Hypertension is called as the Hypertensive heart disease. It is caused by high blood pressure. If the high blood pressure of unknown origin than it is primary hypertension and if the reason behind this is known than its secondary hypertension the reasons can be tumor, damage to or disease of the kidneys or their blood vessels. High blood pressure causes burden the heart and blood vessels and cause heart disease.

Session 5: Cardiovascular genetics
Cardiovascular genetics is the study of the genetic mechanisms of circulatory functioning and pathophysiology. The risk of heart disease often occurs in families, suggesting a genetic influence. These can be single gene defects or many genes that together increase the risk of heart disease. Heritable factors underlie a number of cardiovascular diseases including diseases of the heart’s muscle, electric circuit and vasculature. These congenital heart conditions, sometimes referred to as cardiovascular genetic disorders, may go undiagnosed for years before being recognized or causing symptoms. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (MCH) is the most frequent hereditary cardiovascular disease.

Session 6: Personalized Cardiovascular Medicine
Personalized medicine involves a patient-friendly approach that offers more effective therapy for each individual reduces risk and avoids unnecessary treatment or diagnostic interventions.
Treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) has improved significantly through the evaluation of new therapeutic concepts in large controlled trials that provide evidence-based counselling. Although this approach has, for example, reduced morbidity and mortality in acute coronary artery disease and dramatically extended life expectancy in chronic ischemic heart disease and heart failure, there remains a high and growing burden of cardiovascular disease. Conditions such as atrial fibrillation, acute heart failure or sudden cardiac death still cause unacceptable morbidity and mortality in the population. The development and implementation of a more personalized management offer a potential for significant improvement in results.

Session 7: Diabetic Heart Disease
Diabetic heart disease (DHD) refers to a heart disease that develops in people with diabetes. People with diabetes have a higher risk of heart disease, other heart disease, heart disease at a younger age, and more severe heart disease. DHD can include coronary heart disease (CHD), heart failure, and diabetic cardiomyopathy.

Session 8: Obesity and Heart Diseases
Obesity is a major reason behind heart disease. This is a chronic metabolic disorder associated with cardiovascular disease and increased morbidity and mortality. Particularly it includes hypertension; dyslipidemia, cholesterol or diabetes. The treatment of obesity is based on congestive heart failure, dyslipidemia, hypertension, non–insulin dependent diabetes, and obstructive sleep apnea.

Session 9: Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathies
Heart failure is a condition in which the heart not able to pump sufficient amount of blood to meet the body's needs. The term heart failure doesn't mean that the heart has stopped or is about to stop working. It is a serious condition that requires medical care. Coronary heart disease can lead to heart failure by weakening the heart muscle over time.

Session 10: Cardiac Nursing
Cardiac nursing itself suggest that the care of the patients suffering from heart disease. It involves the advance cardiovascular care for patients such as the surgical tests, stress tests, cardiac monitoring and heath assessments.

Session 11: Neurocardiology
Neurocardiology is the study of the interaction of heart and the neurological system that is how heart is affecting the working of brain and vice versa or the neurocardiac syndromes. It also involves the stability of the cardiovascular system and role of cardiac nervous system in various kind of heart diseases.

Session 12: Cardiac Arrhythmia
Cardiac arrhythmia can be defined as a problem heart rhythm that is heart beats too quickly, too slowly, or with an irregular pattern. When the heart beats more rapidly than normal, it is called tachycardia, when it beats too slowly, that it is called as bradycardia. Factors that can affect heart's rhythm are some of heart diseases, smoking, congenital heart defects, and stress.

Session 13: Cardiac Surgery
The diagnosis of heart disease often that requires surgery, than it is called as cardiac surgery. Before, during, and after heart surgery, patients remain under the care of their cardiologist. It involves many surgeries such as Coronary artery bypass surgery, Valve repair/replacement, Surgery for adult congenital heart disease, Minimally Invasive Heart Surgery, Ventricular Assist Devices (VADs) and many more.

Session 14: Cardiovascular Imaging
Cardiac imaging is used to diagnose the heart related problems. This involves many techniques such as magnetic resonance imaging, echocardiography, computed tomography, angiography, and single photon emission computed tomography.  It is the one of the most advance technique for the treatment of heart and diseases related to it.
Allied Academies teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the healthcare team consisting of physicians, nurses and pharmacists.

Session 15: Cardiac Strokes
Cardiac strokes occur as a result of blockage within blood vessel supplying blood to the brain. The primary condition for this type of blockage is developed due to deposition of fat at the lining of the vessel walls. This type of condition is called atherosclerosis. The fatty deposits can cause two types of blockage: Cerebral thrombosis and Cerebral embolis.

Session 16:
Neurohormones and Heart Failure
Neurohormones are a collection of several chemical messengers of cardiac and extracardiac origin which are found in high circulating levels in adults with Chronic heart failure (CHF). Neurohormonal systems are normally stimulated under conditions of acute volume depletion, activated by the low cardiac output and arterial pressure. However, sustained and chronic activation of these systems can cause progressive ventricular remodelling and worsening heart failure, as occurs in congestive heart failure (CHF).

Market Research

Allied Academies is glad to invite you to the CME accredited “Annual Conference on Heart Diseases” to be held during September 18-19, 2017 at Toronto, Canada. The conference emphasizes the theme Exploring Heart Health and Technology focusing on the latest ideas and advances for Heart Disease prevention and treatment.
Importance & Scope:
Heart disease is a condition which includes weakened blood vessels, blood clotting in heart and various problems related to structure of its structure.  Heart disease is the leading worldwide cause of death, accounting for 17.3 million deaths per year, a number that is expected to increase to more than 23.6 million by 2030. It is estimates that 50,000 new cases are diagnosed every year in Canada. This is also stated that out of every two Canadian one is suffering from heart disease. The report warns that these numbers are slated to rise as more Canadians survive heart attack, live with heart disease and live longer, in general.

Heart Diseases mainly include ischemic heart disease, heart failure, heart attack, arrhythmia, hypertension and many more. Heart Diseases 2017 is an international platform for presenting research about Heart disease and related concepts, sharing alternative ideas about treatment and prevention of heart disease, thus contributing to the spread of information about curing heart disease.
