Obesity and Heart Diseases

Obesity is one of the major reasons behind heart disease. This is a chronic metabolic disorder associated with cardiovascular disease and increased morbidity and mortality. It particularly includes hypertension, dyslipidemia, cholesterol or diabetes. The treatment of obesity is based on congestive heart failure, dyslipidemia, hypertension, non–insulin dependent diabetes, and obstructive sleep apnea.
